The children’s art tent was sponsored by Capital One bank and focused on recycling-based projects and encouraging creativity. I conceived a circus-based theme to go with the imaginative spirit of the festival. This large event is held over two days, twice yearly. I facilitated the project from start to finish: organized volunteers, set up celebratory elements inside the tent, planned and facilitated each project, managed and purchased supplies, and round up participants. Over each weekend, we logged just under 500 children and adults.
