“The Creativity in Education Institute, Create2012, is a national premiere professional development event for educators. When did imagination, play, creativity, sensory experiences, and emotional connection become secondary to rote learning? While innovation and engagement should be the hallmark of public education, sadly they get lost in a system that emphasizes product over process. At Create2012, you will hear thought-provoking speakers, hone your own higher order thinking skills, and interact with teachers, principals, students, and artists from across the country. Together, we can make a difference, one educator at a time.”
